All the staff that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble from the moment they arrived. We woke up in the morning – pressed a button and the curtains magically opened to reveal the most beautiful view. We stayed in a Wonderful double room and the floor to ceiling views of the sea and port were simply breathtaking. We are used to staying in luxury hotels but this was simply the best. I simply cannot convey how incredible this hotel is. My partner and I have just returned from spending the week at the W hotel in Barcelona for his 30th Birthday. Strategic planning by W, perhaps? ) I really look forward to staying here again, especially when the weather is a bit warmer and i can make use of the beautiful pool! More Show less This hotel is really not very near to anything.the metro station is about a 20 minute walk away.but seriously I did not even want to leave the property. Our room on the 20th floor was surreal.the bed was very comfy, the lighting was great and easy to adjust, and the automatic curtains is a stellar touch. Everyone was extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind.
The staff didn't seem to like actually coming to the table.
Only negative thing: I will say the service was a bit "awkward" at Bravo Tapas.everything we needed, we had to get up and ask someone for.

Floor to ceiling windows and a great squishy bench all along said window make for a perfect sunset-and-cava spot without having to leave your room! Tried all the restaurants, and the food at all were great. We booked a "fabulous" room, which had insane views all down the coastline toward the Hotel Arts, city and sea. This hotel has one of the most incredible views from the room i have ever experienced.
